CS2 Case Hardened blue gems: tier lists for every item
Case Hardened comes on 23 items – 3 weapons and 20 knives. Each page lists the paint seeds the community ranks as blue gems, tier 1 to tier 4, plus the regular price by wear. Read your own seed with the float checker.

What makes a blue gem
Every Case Hardened item has a paint seed from 0 to 1000 that decides which slice of the blue/purple/gold texture is painted on. The rare seeds that show almost only blue on the play side are called blue gems, and collectors pay many times the regular price for them – the AK-47 seed 661 and the Karambit seed 387 are the famous ones. The seed is fixed for the life of the item, so a blue gem stays one at any float. A trade up contract rolls the seed at random, so there is no way to craft a specific pattern on purpose.
Blue gem FAQ
How do I find my pattern seed?
Paste the inspect link of the item into the float checker on this site, or inspect it in game: the paint seed is shown next to the float.
Are blue gems only Case Hardened?
The term is used for Case Hardened. Other pattern-based skins have their own names – Doppler phases, Fade percentages, Crimson Web webs – and have their own pages here.
