There is one address for everything: contact@cs2tradeup.gg. It reaches Ivan B., who runs the site and writes its guides, directly. There is no contact form, so nothing gets lost in a ticket system.
What to write about
- A wrong price. One bad marketplace listing is usually gone after the next refresh (every 30 to 60 minutes). If a price stays wrong, send the page link and the marketplace.
- A missing skin, case or collection, or a wrong float range. Send the item name; item data comes from the game files, so new items show up after the next data update.
- A mistake in a guide. Send the page and the sentence. Fixed pages get a new “Updated” date, see corrections.
- Advertising, marketplace partnerships and data questions. See advertising & partnerships first, then email the same address.
- A feature idea for the calculator or another tool. Ideas from readers are how most of the tools here started.
What this site cannot help with
CS2TradeUp.gg does not trade, hold or sell skins and has no accounts or logins. For an order, a deposit, a withdrawal or a trade on a marketplace, contact that marketplace’s own support; we cannot see or change anything there. For Steam account, trade hold or market problems, contact Steam Support.
